On which Operating System is WinYou Law running?
WinYou Law is running on Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP and Vista. WinYou Law is optimized for Windows XP and Vista.

Which Microsoft Office-Version (Word)?
Office 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007. To use the Document Control to automatically create Documents, Microsoft Word must be installed.

Is WinYou Law also working with other Text programs?
No, only MS Word is full supported. If you would like to use WordPerfect or OpenOffice 2.0 please Email us at support@winyou-law.com.

Can WinYou Law be used in a network?
Yes, WinYou Law is supporting large and small networks. Currently we have Customers with more than 150 Users using WinYou Law (using Microsoft SQL-Server). For up to 5 Users we are normally using MS Access as database (MSDE is also possible).

How can I get support?
Via EMail support@winyou-law.com you have free support for WinYou Law issues. Support via telephone or on site is with costs.

Can I change the Word Templates myself?
Yes, of course. Just open the template in Word and change. You will find the Templates in WinYou Law Program Directory under Templates.

Can I install additional workplaces or WinYou Law licences myself?
Yes. according to your license, you will be sent instructions.

How long is the Demo Version valid?
This Version has no time limit! This is full working version but will restrict the number of records read (Projects, Addresses etc.). After registration with the corresponding License this limits are removed.

Do I have to reinstall a full version?
No, with a valid license, the demo version will convert into a full version of WinYou Law.

In which programming language is WinYou Law programmed?
WinYou Law is programmed in Visual C++ (same as Microsoft Word, Excel etc).
